What’s Covered Under This Warranty

✅ We guarantee that all coaching sessions provide clear, actionable strategies designed to help you scale.

✅ If you complete all required program work and still don’t see results, you may be eligible for additional support (see refund policy).

📌 2. CRM & Automation Systems

✅ We provide fully set-up, functional automation systems that work as described.

✅ If there is a technical malfunction or issue with setup, we will provide support or fixes within 30 days of delivery.

📌 3. Digital Products & Courses

✅ All eBooks, templates, and courses are guaranteed to be accessible and functional upon purchase.

✅ If you experience a download issue or file corruption, we will replace or restore access within 7 business days.

❌ Any issues related to Stripe, PayPal, HighLevel, Kajabi, Zapier, or other integrations are not covered by TUPOS.

❌ We are not responsible for external outages, API changes, or third-party limitations.

Coaching & Consulting: Service-based and comes with no performance guarantees beyond quality execution.

CRM & Automation Setups: Covered for 30 days from completion for technical fixes.

Digital Products & Courses: Covered for 7 days for accessibility issues.

📌 2. How to Submit a Claim

Step 1: Contact support with your purchase details and issue description.

Step 2: We will review and troubleshoot within 5 business days.

Step 3: If eligible, we will fix, replace, or provide additional coaching as needed.
