Services & Product Terms

📌 1. Coaching & Consulting Programs

TUPOS provides business coaching, training programs, digital resources, and membership services.

No guaranteed income results: While our strategies have helped many, success depends on execution and external factors.

Clients are responsible for implementing strategies and tracking results.

📌 2. Digital & Physical Products

All digital products (eBooks, templates, courses) are non-refundable after download.

Any physical products (if applicable) come with a separate return policy outlined at checkout.

📌 3. Membership & Subscription Services

Members of POWER LITE, POWER FOUNDATION, and other programs agree to monthly recurring billing.

Cancelation must be requested at least 7 days before the next billing cycle.

No prorated refunds for mid-month cancellations.

Payment, Billing & Refund Policy

📌 1. Payment Processing & Security

All transactions are processed securely through Stripe, PayPal, or other approved payment methods.

TUPOS does not store your credit card information—payments are handled by third-party processors.

📌 2. Refund & Cancelation Policy

HOPE Sessions: Refundable only if canceled 48 hours in advance.

POWER CHALLENGE & SPRINT: Refunds available within 24 hours of purchase.

POWER FOUNDATION, MOMENTUM, ASCENSION, INNER CIRCLE: All sales are final. No refunds are provided for high-ticket programs, as they require commitment, resources, and implementation.

Intellectual Property & Content Usage

📌 1. Ownership of Materials

All content provided by TUPOS, including training materials, videos, PDFs, and frameworks, are protected by copyright and may not be reproduced, resold, or distributed. Unauthorized sharing of course content will result in legal action.

📌 2. Limited License for Personal Use

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use purchased content for personal or business application only.

You may not resell, sublicense, or use our materials to create competing products.

User Conduct & Responsibilities

Clients may not use TUPOS communities to promote, sell, or solicit their own services without prior approval.

Maximum liability for disputes is limited to the total amount paid to TUPOS for services.
